t-shirts
What brand do you use?
I use American Apparel. They provide great quality t-shirts, well fitted and super soft. They also have sweatshop-free policies, which are humane and deserve to be supported.
What fabric are your t-shirts made from?
Currently, all t-shirts are lightweight Fine Jersey, 100% cotton. They are of great quality, tightly-knit, well fitted and super soft, and with minimal shrinkage.
How do I wash your t-shirts?
T-shirts are machine washable in cold water (30C or under/65-85F) and preferably with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat. Iron inside-out on a low heat setting (110C/230F). Do not steam. Do not iron the printed design!
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the sizes chart , which is available with every t-shirt description. Please refer to the links at the bottom left to see sizes in imperial or metric measurements.
Do you do ladies t-shirt styles?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. Currently all t-shirts are Men/Unisex style. Please refer to the sizes chart to check which size will fit you best.
How do I know if new designs are out or current ones are back in stock?
Follow .269 on Twitter. I will be posting updates about the shop and designs, occasional promotions and sales.

What postage services do you use?
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class. All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail.
How much does shipping cost?
UK shipping is FREE. Non-UK shipping is £3.95 for one t-shirt and
£2.00 for every additional one.
The easiest way to find out the shipping cost is to add t-shirts to the Cart,
choose the destination country and click on the "update total" button. The shipping
charge will be calculated and displayed. Please be aware that customers are responsible
for international customs duties and import fees if these apply.
How long does it take for t-shirts to arrive?
All t-shirts are shipped next business day following the order. For UK orders, deliveries take 1-2 business days to arrive. For international orders it could take 2-5 weeks depending on the final destination and customs processing times. These delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays may be caused by bad weather conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, please be aware that orders shipped outside the UK are subject to international customs duties and fees applied by authorities in the destination country. These fees are the customer′s responsibility.

What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery in original packaging and condition. Please include a copy of the original invoice sent with the order. If a t-shirt is defective it can be exchanged for a new one and will be shipped free of charge. Please contact me if you have any further queries.
